Our model: culture, collaboration, communication and cultivation.
Cultural anthropology.
A personal interview or an assessment is completed to analyze the current culture, examine client goals and determine needs and objectives to be accomplished. We diagnose before we prescribe.
Collaboration.
As sessions are launched, a tone of collaboration is created. Participants are encouraged to suspend their mental models and to examine the topic/subject with “‘new eyes.” This process promotes a spirit of collaborative learning. Everyone brings something to the table.
Communication.
Through discussions, case studies, individual scenarios and interactive activities, the group reaches an understanding of the topic. Most importantly, application opportunities are discussed and a plan of implementation is developed. From classroom to cubicle.
Cultivate.
Learning events are only successful to the extent people do something different afterwards. Cultivation includes personal action planning, partnering for accountability and development of strategies for ongoing improvement. Do something different.
