Moxie Consulting, Inc. was developed after Lisa Kealer Carver honed her skills working in several diverse organizations. As the President of Moxie Consulting, Inc., a human resources consulting business based in Little Rock, AR, she leads the teams devoted to helping organizations be more effective. Lisa previously held positions in three municipal organizations, two state agencies, an internet start up company and a fortune 100 company. She is currently an adjunct faculty in the department of Arts and Sciences at a local University.
Lisa has designed and facilitated employee development and management/leadership training since 1987. Drawing upon her experiences as a customer service professional, alumni relations director, special events planner, leadership team member and supervisor, Lisa presents programs that motivate change in employee behavior. Lisa has designed and implemented corporate universities in her positions of Training Manager, Vice President of Business Education and Organizational Development Manager.
Her desire to help others excel, combined with her background in both public and private sector organizations, enhances her presentations. A lifelong learner, Lisa holds a Bachelor’s degree from UCA and a Master’s degree from TWU. She continues to attend classes and conferences to hone her skills, recently completing a year of legal studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock Bowen School of Law. She is currently enrolled in the Certificate of Conflict Mediation graduate program at UALR.
Ms. Carver has a broad range of employee development experience. She has worked with front-line employees, executive team members, elected officials and volunteer board members. Her training expertise includes needs assessment, instructional design, classroom facilitation, cbt, professional coaching and career planning.
